The Battle of Our Mother Tongue Language and Foreign Language
As the world go to a modernize era, an era that utilize the English language and this language itself is acknowledged as the international language. We as Malaysian should rise and find a way to strengthen our English language, but to strengthen it by converting the language use in the science and mathematics subject in English is a dire way to do it. Science and mathematics ought to be thought in our mother tongue language for three reasons.
First reason why I repudiate the use of English in these two subjects is cause by the level of understanding of the students, when the subjects are thought in Malay the level of understanding is much greater than when it is taught in English. As our mother tongue language, we do not need to prejudice the understanding level of the students cause since in the young age they known this language rather than English that most of the youngsters or students get to know it during primary one. It has no use if the students did not understand the subjects that they learn and learning science and mathematics in one's own mother tongue may be the most effective way to master these two subjects in the first few years of schooling.
The second reason is because of the act stated in Section 2 Act Education (Act 550). This act stated that the as national school, SK should use the mother tongue language, Malay as the delivery language or as the main language use in teaching. Based on this act, converting the language use in these two subjects is against this act and can cause a lot of problem then benefit.
` Last but not least, is because we as Malaysian should protect our mother tongue language and utilize is as what other developed country done, for the best example Britain and United State Of America, they use their own language rather then other foreign language and it same to Japan. These developed countries use their own language to teach these subjects and the result is their countries are one of the most developed countries in the world. We should carry this responsibility and use our own mother tongue language to teach in science and mathematics subjects.
I can concluded that we should use our own mother tongue language in teaching science and mathematics because we as Malaysian and for the understanding of the students and learning science and mathematics in one's own mother tongue may be the most effective way to master these two subjects in the first few years of schooling.

Differentiate between the upward communication and downward communication in management
MY ANSWER
Upward commucination is the transmission of messages from lower to higher levels of the organization (such as communication initiated by subordinates with their superiors or manager). It aslo can be define as feedback from the lower levels in organization to upper management and it is hard to achive because the upper management unwilling to listen to the lower levels of the organization. to make tis communication sucess the upper management need to willingly to listen to the lower level. While downward communication is the communication that flows from upper to lower (such as manager to employee or superior to subordinate). This kind of communication is easy to handle becausenthe different in power of the organization, where the lower level of organization follow the instruction from the upper management.
These tell that the difference between the upward communication and downward communication is the upward communication is from the lower levels of the organization to the upper management and hard to manage while downward communication is the opposite.
